We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap times, and outdoor activities to ensure safety at all times
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through clear communication and teamwork
- Maintain accurate records of children’s progress, attendance, and developmental milestones
- Lead by example in implementing best practices in childcare and early childhood education standards
- Manage daily routines efficiently while adapting to the individual needs of each child
- Support the professional development of team members through mentorship and sharing of best practices
Qualifications
- Recognized qualification in early childhood education or childcare (e.g., Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or above)
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact confidently with children, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of childcare regulations and health & safety standards
- Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for early childhood development
- Valid driving license is desirable for roles involving transportation or outreach activities

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour
