Duties
- Supervise daily bar/event activities, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences through effective team management and leadership
- Oversee food preparation and food safety protocols, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control stock to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and create a lively, engaging environment for guests
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant/bar/event experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate staff and foster a positive team environment
- Excellent communication skills for effective supervision and customer interaction
- Knowledge of food production processes, kitchen experience, and culinary techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
