This package is supporting a family under a strict safety plan
12 hour shifts, 8-8, days and nights available
The role requires supervision of multiple children and full adherence to clear boundaries and procedures at all times.
This is a responsible position and is not suitable for inexperienced or passive staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Must be respectful of the family’s Jewish faith and culture, including appropriate dress and basic understanding of customs
- Provide continuous 1:1 working with the mum, ensuring children are safeguarded at all times
- Remain with the children at all times, including during travel and within the family home (unless agreed exceptions apply)
- Ensure children are never left unsupervised or separated
- Support daily routines including school, activities, meals, and home life
- Transport children to school, appointments, and activities as required
- Work in line with a strict no-contact safety plan involving specific individuals
- Maintain professional boundaries and remain alert to any safeguarding concerns or breaches
- Accurately report and escalate any incidents or concerns immediately
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Experience working with children or young people with complex needs or safeguarding risks
- Ability to remain focused, alert, and professional for long shifts (including 12-hour and 24-hour care)
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, boundaries, and professional conduct
- Ability to follow structured care plans without deviation
