Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team during the summer and hopefully hot weather! As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, running drinks, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. You must be flexible to work at different times and days throughout the week. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
- Taking drinks from the bar to tables from app orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest services skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A keen interest in the hospitality industry and willingness to learn new skills.
