We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Front of House team members to join us at Potton Hall. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique destination combining a vibrant restaurant, relaxing spa, and beautiful grounds, delivering warm hospitality and unforgettable experiences to every guest.
The Role:
As a Front of House team member, you will be the welcoming face of Pezo’s Earthfire Kitchen and Potton Hall. You will take pride in delivering exceptional service, supporting smooth daily operations, and creating a friendly, professional atmosphere for our guests.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or similar hospitality environment desirable
Warm, approachable, and professional manner
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confidence taking orders, managing bookings, and handling payments
Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask effectively
A proactive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business
A genuine passion for great food, drink, and guest service
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, efficient service
Take orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen team
Serve food and drinks to the highest standard
Assist in managing reservations and coordinating table plans
Handle cash and card payments securely
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and guest areas
Support the wider Potton Hall team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Help drive sales through product knowledge and recommendations
KPIs:
Guest satisfaction scores and positive reviews
Sales growth and table turn efficiency
Accuracy in order taking and payment handling
Standards compliance (cleanliness, presentation, service protocols)
