Fight The Demon isn’t just opening a gym—we’re building a movement.
We’re looking for a passionate videographer or aspiring content creator to document the transformation of our facility from an empty construction site into a premium fitness, martial arts, recovery, and wellness destination.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and become part of our long-term media team.
The Opportunity
For approximately the first 4 weeks, while the gym is under construction, this role will be voluntary with completely flexible hours. Your primary responsibility will be capturing the build process and behind-the-scenes journey through photos and video.
Once the gym opens, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to join our in-house media team in a paid role, subject to performance and business requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Film the construction and development of the Fight The Demon facility.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content of the build and launch journey.
- Record interviews, milestone moments, and day-to-day progress.
- Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Work closely with the founder to help tell the Fight The Demon story.
Who We’re Looking For
- Passionate about videography, filmmaking, or content creation.
- Creative, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable filming with a camera or high-quality smartphone.
- Basic editing skills are an advantage but not essential.
- Interested in fitness, martial arts, or brand storytelling.
- Looking to grow into a long-term creative role.
