Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team for a private hospitality event in the Dorking / Surrey Hills area.
Date: Saturday 22 August 2026 we have these event every month. -
Hours: 4:00pm–11:30pm
Pay: £18 per hour
This is a one-off event role, with the potential for further shifts at future events.
The role
You will be working as part of a small bar team serving a focused menu of cocktails, premium spirits, wine, spritzes and soft drinks.
We are looking for someone who can step behind the bar and work confidently from the outset. Speed, organisation and consistency during service are particularly important.

- Proven cocktail bartending experience
- Confident preparing cocktails quickly and consistently
- Good knowledge of spirits, wines and classic serves
- Comfortable working from house cocktail recipes
- Organised and able to maintain a clean, efficient bar
- Calm and confident during busy periods
- Friendly and professional with guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well as part of a small team
This is not a trainee position. Previous cocktail bartending experience is essential.
