Role
We are currently recruiting for a full-time production assistant on back shift in our bakery/cooked production hub. This is a new role within our new back shift team, as we continue to grow the business.
Hours of work: 40 hours. Monday - Friday, 11.30am - 8.00pm
Rate of pay: £13.95 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver products and with quality local produce in our 1878 Grab and Go
- Work as part of our production team to produce quality grab & go Sandwiches & Salads
- Baking of Pies, Quiches.
- Assembling of products.
- Cooking of Pie Fillings, Ready Meals & Soups.
- Stock Rotation.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
Desirable requirements
- A friendly outlook and able to work within a busy team.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with food and developing new ideas
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts to meet the business needs.
- Previous production experience preferred but not essential.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines.
