Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with confidence and clarity
- Identify customer needs through engaging conversations and tailor pitches accordingly
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into loyal customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding the customer base
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and answer client questions
- Track and report on call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline progress regularly
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or telemarketing roles that demonstrate your ability to persuade and engage clients
- Familiarity with CRM software like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or equivalent tools for managing customer interactions
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Turkish is a strong plus for reaching diverse audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate ideas clearly
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
- Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are essential
