Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to develop your hospitality skills, we'd love for you to help us in our mission!
What You'll Be Doing
- Serving drinks efficiently and responsibly
- Providing excellent customer service
- Handling cash, card payments
- Restocking bars accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Working effectively during busy periods
- Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth venue operations
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working under pressure during busy periods
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Physically capable of lifting and moving kegs safely
- Confidence in handling money and processing transactions accurately
- Required to work holidays
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not essential
- Experience in bars, clubs, nightlife venues, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is
- Full training can be provided for the right candidates

The Role
As a Bartender, you'll be a key part of creating a fantastic customer experience. You'll be serving drinks, engaging with customers, handling transactions, and helping maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere across our venues.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and responsibly
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Restocking products and changing kegs when required
- Working effectively in a fast-paced nightlife environment
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
- Helping create an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests
What We're Looking For
