About KS Global Enterprises
KS Global Enterprises Ltd is a luxury transport company providing executive chauffeur services to high-profile clients.
We're looking for an experienced Executive Chauffeur to become a trusted extension of our CEO. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys building a close working relationship with one Principal and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
This is not a standard chauffeur role.
We're looking for someone seeking a long-term position who enjoys supporting one Principal rather than simply completing journeys. Professionalism, discretion, reliability and exceptional service are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
This is a varied position combining executive chauffeuring, principal support and fleet coordination.
You'll primarily chauffeur the CEO, family members and clients in our Mercedes-Benz V-Class and Sprinter vehicles while ensuring our small fleet remains presented to the highest possible standard.
Alongside driving, you'll assist with day-to-day logistics, errands and practical support, taking ownership of transport and vehicle management so the CEO can focus on running the business.
We're looking for someone who sees this as more than a driving role. This is an opportunity to become a trusted member of the CEO's day-to-day life, someone who quietly solves problems, anticipates needs and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Working Pattern
This role requires genuine flexibility and is centred around the CEO's schedule, which varies from week to week.
Weekend availability is essential. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are typically the busiest working days, while weekdays are generally lighter and may involve scheduled meetings, airport transfers, errands and ad hoc requests.
The CEO regularly attends business meetings, networking events, private dinners and social engagements, some of which finish late into the evening or the early hours of the morning. Candidates should therefore be comfortable working irregular hours when required, including occasional finishes as late as 2:00am–4:00am.
Wherever possible, schedules are communicated the day before. However, due to the nature of the CEO's diary, occasional short-notice changes should be expected.
While this role requires flexibility, the workload varies considerably depending on the CEO's schedule, with quieter weekdays and busier weekends.
This role suits someone who enjoys supporting a Principal with a dynamic lifestyle and understands that exceptional service sometimes means adapting to changing priorities.
