Job Summary

Initially part-time this role may suit a masters business student looking to work part-time initially and full time from January 2027, once qualified.

Duties
- Training and working towards a full time career, sponsored if required.
- Support senior colleagues in conducting quantitative analysis to assess potential liabilities and profitability.
- Contribute to the negotiation process by preparing reports and recommendations for policy terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports. Use of systems/CRM daily.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Assisting in business development which may require travel
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in math, accounting, or banking principles with a keen interest in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and collaboration within teams.
- Basic understanding of insurance concepts, underwriting processes, or related fields is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions under supervision.
