Duties
Assist with meal and food preparation by chopping, peeling, and organizing ingredients to ensure efficient kitchen workflow.
Support the cooking process by preparing basic dishes under supervision, maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper hygiene practices and handling procedures.
Help with serving food to customers or staff in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces to meet health regulations.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors of low stock levels.
Support the team during busy service periods by performing various tasks as needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Experience
Previous experience in catering, restaurant work, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Familiarity with cooking techniques, meal preparation, and food safety protocols is advantageous.
