Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Managing Director.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle phone calls and email communications with professionalism.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Ensure smooth office operations through effective organizational skills.
- Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Prior experience supporting senior management is preferred.
