We are looking for experienced, fully qualified Electrician's to join our team, carrying out commercial fit-out projects across the UK.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong commercial experience who is reliable, professional and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. The role involves UK-wide travel and regular working away from home, typically Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installations on commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Install containment, cabling, lighting, power, distribution and associated electrical systems.
- Read and work accurately from drawings, specifications and site instructions.
- Carry out testing and inspection where appropriately qualified.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues on site.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Work alongside site managers, other trades, subcontractors and clients.
- Maintain a professional attitude when representing the company on client sites.
- Comply with all relevant health & safety requirements and site procedures.
- Complete projects to agreed programmes and deadlines.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a fully qualified Electrician with appropriate recognised UK electrical qualifications.
- Hold all relevant and current trade qualifications, competency cards and site tickets required for commercial electrical work.
- Have proven experience.
- Have a strong understanding of current electrical regulations and safe working practices.
- Hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
- Be willing and able to travel throughout the UK.
- Be happy to work away from home Monday to Friday when projects require it.
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work to deadlines.
- Have excellent workmanship and attention to detail.
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a wider site team.
Desirable
- ECS/JIB Gold Card.
- Inspection & Testing qualifications.
- IPAF and/or PASMA.
- SSSTS or other relevant site safety qualifications.
- Experience supervising or leading other electricians/mates.
- Experience delivering fast-paced retail, office, hospitality or other commercial fit-out projects.

UK-wide travel and regular overnight stays are a fundamental part of this position, so applicants must be genuinely comfortable working away Monday to Friday.

Pay: £29,241.34-£48,337.26 per year
