Duties
- Perform diverse construction tasks including carpentry, roofing, masonry, to support various building projects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to carry out repairs, installations, and new builds.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate tasks and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all health and safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Requirements
- Proven experience in general construction work with skills in carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical systems, welding, or related trades.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of construction painting techniques and experience with site preparation.
- Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, or schematics is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges.
