We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Store Manager to lead one of our retail stores in Blackpool.
The Role
This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for driving sales, leading a small team, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of their store, build relationships within the local community, and identify opportunities to grow sales and raise the profile of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving sales and performance targets.
- Leading, motivating and developing the store team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service.
- Managing day-to-day store operations.
- Maintaining excellent standards of presentation and merchandising.
- Managing stock control and stock accuracy.
- Building relationships with local healthcare professionals, care homes and community organisations.
- Resolving customer issues professionally and efficiently.
- Acting as an ambassador for Ableworld within the local area.
About You
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- A passion for customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to sales.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of issues.
- Experience within the mobility, healthcare or care sector would be advantageous, but is not essential.
