Hours: 17.5 hours per week
Location: Stockton-on-Tees area
- Due to the personal care requirements of this role, applications are restricted to female candidates.
- The role involves providing support and care to an individual within her own home.
- The client is seeking a reliable and supportive person.
Duties will include support with daily living activities, such as:
- Preparation of meals and drinks
- Occasional food shopping
- Support with personal care, including showering and dressing/undressing
- Regular changing of bedding
- Washing and drying clothing and bedding
- Prompting medication as required
- General cleaning and tidying of the home, particularly the bedroom and bathroom
- Light ironing
- Assistance with accessing and using the garden (primarily bird feeder support)
- Support to attend appointments (physical and emotional support)
- Support to access the community (physical and emotional support)
Additional information:
- Working days and hours will be discussed and agreed at interview
- Public transport in the area is limited; access to own transport would be advantageous
Pay: £12.71 per hour
