HGV Class 1 Driver
Location: Avonmouth & Chepstow
Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with ASDA their Supermarket distribution depots in Avonmouth and Chepstow.
We are looking for flexible drivers who can work out of either depot if required. Both part time and full time shifts available.
You must have minimum 12 months experience to be considered for this role for insurance.
Shifts and pay rates as an HGV Class 1 Driver:
Average paid shifts are 11-15 hours per day. All breaks are paid!!
Pay between 14.00 - 22.00
- Basic £16.23 P/H
- Overtime £21.96 P/H - after 45 hours
Pay between 22.00 - 06.00
- Basic £18.63
- Overtime £24.36 P/H - after 45 hours
Pay between 06.00 - 14.00
- Basic £14.92 P/H
- Overtime £20.65 P/H - after 45 hours
ALL BREAKS ARE PAID!
Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:.
- Duties include completing 1-4 deliveries to stores as required.
- Deliveries can be either caged or palletised.
- Completing paperwork.
Class 1 Drivers - About you:
- HGV 1 C+E licence. Digital tacho & DQC card
- Minimum 12 months experience
- No more than 6 points. No DR, DD, CD, IN10's
- Be able to pass a theory and practical driving assessment
