Job Summary:
Join our team as an Arcade Floorwalker in a vibrant and busy environment where you will oversee the arcade floor operations and ensure top-notch cleanliness for our visitors. As an Arcade Floorwalker, you will be instrumental in upholding high-quality standards and fostering a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the arcade floor to deliver a clean environment and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Manage daily arcade operations, including helping transfer stock, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Uphold company protocols and guidelines to guarantee a safe and enjoyable environment for visitors
- Collaborate with team members and management to enhance the overall guest satisfaction and optimize arcade performance
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and motivate yourself to achieve operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests, colleagues, and superiors effectively
