Majesty Grading Company Group is home to three exciting brands:
- MGC – One of the UK's leading sports and trading card grading companies.
- MGC LIVE – Our live shopping business, delivering exclusive live streams through our partnership with eBay Live.
- Blooms Auction – Our specialist auction house, offering some of the hobby's rarest and most desirable trading cards and collectibles.
We've already built an incredible foundation, with a loyal customer base, strong social media channels, exciting brand partnerships and a huge library of content. Now we're looking for someone who can take it to the next level.
The Opportunity
You'll work closely with our directors to develop, plan and execute the group's marketing strategy.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to roll your sleeves up, create campaigns, analyse performance, generate ideas, and help build our marketing function from the ground up.
Over the next three years, you'll have the opportunity to shape and grow an in-house marketing department while progressing your own career into a senior leadership position.

What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver the marketing strategy across MGC, MGC LIVE and Blooms Auction.
- Work closely with the directors to plan marketing activity that supports business growth.
- Manage campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising and content.
- Maximise engagement and sales through MGC LIVE and our exclusive eBay Live partnership.
- Promote major live events featuring footballers, athletes, influencers and celebrities.
- Drive grading submissions, auction participation and customer acquisition.
- Make the most of our extensive content library by creating engaging campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and continually improve results using data and analytics.
- Build relationships with brand partners, creators and influencers.
- Help recruit, develop and shape the future marketing department as the business grows.
Who We're Looking For

- Marketing experience and be ready for the next step in your career.
- Strong digital and social media marketing knowledge.
- Creative thinking combined with commercial awareness.
- Confidence working directly with senior leadership.
- A proactive attitude—you enjoy getting stuck in and making things happen.
- Excellent organisation and project management skills.
- A passion for learning, improving and growing with the business.
