Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive EICR inspections on domestic properties
- Perform full electrical testing in accordance with current regulations
- Complete minor remedial works during the EICR visit, where required
- Accurately produce digital electrical certificates using the NICEIC Online Portal
- Update the online portal with job status, access issues, time logs, and relevant notes
- Use scheduling software to manage and review daily appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers, offering advice and identifying any additional work opportunities
- SVQ / NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (Certificate must be provided)
- City & Guilds 18th edition (Certificate must be provided)
- Inspection & Testing 2391-52 or equivalent (Certificate must be provided)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in domestic electrical work, particularly EICRs and testing
- Familiarity with NICEIC certification processes and online systems
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate NICEIC and scheduling software. Preferably QS from previous employment
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- ECS Card, 18th Edition, and full UK driving licence
- 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
