We are currently looking for experienced FULL TIME- bartenders to join our exciting Restaurant. Cocos dining experience is based in Crystal Palace; our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of the traditional Caribbean dining experience. Dishes are homemade, tasty, beautifully plated and served at affordable prices and most importantly with a genuine smile.
If your looking to work in a unique and vibrant atmosphere, this is the one for you! You will be responsible for welcoming guests, prepare cocktails, restock fridges, offering menu recommendations and providing a seamless service to the tables. You will have the ability to build long-term rapport with both the guests and your immediate team.
Successful candidates must be capable of working in a team, confident bartender who can jump right in and use your initiative and knowledge on cocktails, spirits and wines... while also providing an excellent customer experience. Community is at the core of everything we do at Cocos, so an appreciation and interest for the area as a whole would be beneficial. Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
