About the Role
Expert Complete Property Maintenance Ltd (ECPM) are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing team. The role will primarily involve kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, with a range of general maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Full kitchen and bathroom installations (rip-out to completion)
- Basic plumbing, carpentry, tiling, and finishing works
- General property maintenance and repairs
- Working from job specifications and completing works to a high standard using a tablet
- Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Liaising with clients and team members professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom refurbishments including general maintenance
- Strong all-round multi-trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, tiling essential)
- Ability to work independently using your own initiative
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to use a mobile tablet and communicate effectively
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
