Duties
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of products and packaging to verify adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) protocols to identify potential food safety hazards and ensure compliance.
- Perform detailed analysis of quality data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and effectively, providing guidance on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, analysis results, and corrective measures taken, ensuring traceability and accountability.
- Support ongoing training initiatives related to quality assurance procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in internal audits and support external inspections by regulatory authorities or clients.
Skills
- Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application within a production environment.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within manufacturing or food production sectors.
