We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Management Manager to lead our property management operations and ensure exceptional resident experiences. In this role, you will oversee a team of qualified property managers, review daily property activities, coordinate maintenance and leasing efforts, and manage administrative tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of 500 + residential properties across London.
- Manage a team of property managers and tenancy progressors ensuring service levels are maintained and exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all property managers, ensuring all parties, including tenants and landlords receive timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate and supervise property maintenance and repairs, ensuring high standards of work and timely completion.
- Ensure regular property inspections are conducted to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Oversee the management of tenancy agreements, renewals, terminations, and evictions in accordance with legal requirements.
- Oversee financial aspects, including rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise, providing solutions that align with both landlord and tenant needs.
- Manage the collaboration with external agents and contractors to ensure services are delivered effectively.
Requirements:
- 10 years of proven experience in property management or related administrative roles with office experience preferred.
- 10 years of proven experience in managing a highly functional team of property managers.
- Proven track record of managing multiple properties with positive outcomes.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of the current property market and relevant laws.
- Positive references from previous employers.
