We are looking for a creative, proactive videographer who can capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content across short-form, long-form, and livestream formats. The role will involve following the founder across meetings, events, shoots, and day-to-day activity to create engaging content that builds brand awareness, tells a strong story, and supports ongoing marketing efforts. You will also help plan, set up, and manage livestreams when required, ensuring smooth technical execution and polished output.
Key Responsibilities
- Film the founder across a range of settings, including meetings, events, travel, work sessions, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos for social media, website, email, and other digital channels.
- Create multiple video outputs from the same shoot, including reels, highlights, talking-head edits, and promotional clips.
- Support livestream production, including setup, testing, audio/video monitoring, recording, and post-live clipping for repurposed content.
- Organise and manage footage, project files, and video assets in a clear and efficient system.
- Apply basic colour correction, audio cleanup, transitions, titles, captions, and graphics where needed.
- Collaborate on content ideas, shot lists, and creative direction to ensure the output matches brand goals and audience needs.
- Work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver content consistently with minimal supervision.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and social-first content creation.
- Strong skills in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with livestream or event production is a plus.
- Good eye for storytelling, pacing, framing, and sound.
- Comfortable working closely with a founder in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Reliable, organised, and able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and locations.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and basic animation.
- Subtitling and captioning for social media.
- Experience filming in business, hospitality, wellness, or startup environments.
- Ability to shoot with both camera and mobile-first formats.
- Understanding of content performance and what works across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and livestream channels.
Working Style
This is a hands-on role for someone who is happy to travel, think on their feet, and become a trusted part of the content process. The right person will be able to capture the personality, pace, and energy of the brand while also handling the practical side of production and editing.
