Location: Manchester City Centre
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Debt Advisor to join our growing team in the heart of Manchester. As a Debt Advisor, you'll speak with customers experiencing financial difficulties, understand their circumstances, and provide suitable debt solutions tailored to their individual needs. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring all advice is compliant, ethical, and focused on achieving the best outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand customers' financial situations.
- Provide clear, empathetic, and compliant advice on suitable debt solutions.
- Recommend appropriate debt solutions based on each customer's circumstances.
- Build rapport and trust with customers throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is completed correctly.
- Work towards individual and team performance targets.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and company procedures.
