We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team permanently.
The ideal candidate will be a practical, hands-on individual who is confident carrying out a wide range of property, building and maintenance work. We are looking for someone who can turn their hand to different types of work, solve problems independently and take pride in completing jobs to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
The role may include a variety of building, maintenance and property-related work, including:
- General building and property maintenance
- Plumbing repairs and general plumbing work
- Carpentry and joinery
- Plastering and rendering
- Painting and decorating
- Tiling and flooring
- General repairs and renovations
- Basic electrical maintenance
- Installing and repairing fixtures and fittings
- Door, lock and window repairs
- General household and property improvements
- Identifying and resolving maintenance issues
- Working professionally in customers' homes and properties
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working Across Multiple Sites
The successful candidate must be prepared and able to travel between different work sites as required.
Our current sites are located across:
- Southend
- Tilbury
- South Croydon
Applicants should be comfortable travelling to different locations depending on the requirements of the job. A full UK driving licence and access to reliable transport would therefore be highly advantageous.

- Have proven experience in multiple trades
- Be confident carrying out general building and maintenance work
- Have good practical and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work independently and use their own initiative
- Take pride in producing high-quality work
- Be reliable, punctual and professional
- Have good communication and people skills
- Be adaptable and comfortable taking on different types of jobs
- Be willing to travel between different work sites
- Have a positive "can-do" attitude
You do not necessarily need to be formally qualified in every trade. Practical experience, versatility and the ability to get jobs done properly are what matter most.
