Salary - £13.58 per hour
Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

As an M&S Security Officer, you will become part of the wider store team, helping deliver the professionalism, reassurance and customer experience expected from one of the UK's most trusted retail brands.

The role
This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
This includes:
- Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within store
- Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
- Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
- Helping de-escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
- Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
- Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
