Are you an experienced Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Representative, Merchant Sales Executive or Field Sales Executive with experience in the UK HVAC, heating, plumbing, water treatment, renewables, M&E or building services market?
We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional to develop and grow sales across Scotland and Cumbria, managing existing accounts while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
You'll work with merchants, contractors, heating engineers, housing associations, developers, OEMs and specification customers, promoting market-leading water treatment solutions within a well-established territory.
Essential Experience
✅ Proven field sales experience within the UK heating, plumbing, HVAC, water treatment, M&E or building services sector (essential).
✅ Experience managing and developing relationships with merchants, contractors, installers, developers or housing associations.
✅ Strong commercial, negotiation and account management skills.
✅ Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working independently across a large territory.

- Your sales experience is primarily internal, retail, desk-based, or administrative.
- You do not have commercial experience within the plumbing, heating, or HVAC sectors.
- You are looking for a hybrid role with minimal travel (this role requires roughly 75% travel across the region).
