Job Title: Client Manager (Two Positions)

ISP Global Advisory is a boutique advisory firm in the heart of Mayfair. We work with a deliberately small number of growth-stage companies on capital raising, valuation, and investor readiness, and we turn down most of the mandates we're offered. Founder-led, and built on one idea: the advice a company gets before it raises money matters as much as the money itself.
The Role
You are the one face the client sees for the life of the mandate. You run discovery, close the engagement, and then own every phase of delivery: presenting the completed work to the client, managing the relationship, and taking the client to the next phase or the next round. You will work leads we generate and leads you bring in yourself, and self-sourced business pays meaningfully more.
What You'll Do
- Run discovery calls and decide which prospects we take on
- Price within our approved guidelines, always with sign-off before quoting
- Own the kick-off, the phase plan, and every client conversation from there
- Present the completed work and keep the client engaged through each phase
- Build your own pipeline alongside the leads we hand you
What We're Looking For
- Degree in business, finance, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in client management, ideally within finance, professional services, or the corporate sector
- A confident closer with real client-facing presence
- Someone who can hold a technical financial and advisory conversation credibly
- Comfortable running a portfolio of live mandates at once
- Ready to be the accountable face of the firm
Compensation & Benefits
- £50,000 base salary
- Commission on every mandate you close, with a meaningfully higher rate for business you bring in yourself
