Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Supervise and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
- Manage food production schedules to ensure timely delivery of dishes without compromising quality.
- Assist in training team members on food safety protocols, proper cooking techniques, and hospitality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste through efficient food management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times across the kitchen environment.
- Contribute to menu development by providing innovative ideas and ensuring consistency in food offerings.
