JOB OVERVIEW
Full Circle Property Services is expanding its network of professional viewing agents across London. We're looking for experienced property people to carry out accompanied viewings, open houses and property inspections on behalf of our clients. This is a self-employed role, paid per appointment, with the flexibility to take on as much or as little work as suits you. You'll be contacted as viewings come up in your area, so we're keen to hear from people right across London.
We're looking for people who already understand the property industry and can represent our clients to a high standard.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out accompanied viewings, open houses and property inspections professionally
- Meet prospective tenants and buyers at properties and guide them through the viewing
- Collect and return keys securely from offices or key safes as required
- Submit clear, prompt feedback after each appointment
- Represent Full Circle and our clients to a consistently high standard
- Maintain reliability, punctuality and professionalism at all times
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous property experience (estate agency, lettings, viewings or similar)
- Your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence
- A professional, presentable manner and confidence dealing with the public
- Strong reliability and timekeeping — this matters more than anything
- A smartphone for receiving bookings and submitting feedback
- Availability across the week, with some flexibility
HOW IT WORKS
- Self-employed basis — you're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance
- Paid per appointment
- Work as much or as little as suits you
- Allocated viewings in your local area as they come up
