We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at The Perch, right on the beautiful Lancing seafront. If you’re into great food, good vibes, and working in a fast-paced, busy kitchen with a team that knows how to have fun (and hustle), this could be your kind of place.
What you’ll be getting stuck into:

Helping prep and plate up delicious dishes

Working on the outside pizza kitchen

Checking and organising fresh food deliveries

Keeping ingredients topped up and stored just right

Making sure everything’s sparkling clean and ship-shape

Supporting our chefs and keeping the kitchen running smoothly
What we’re looking for:

Kitchen experience is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker – we’re more into your attitude than your CV
