Sous Chef | Jersey, Channel Islands | Permanent Position
We are currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Hotel de France in Jersey.
This is a permanent, full-time position and would suit someone looking for a new opportunity who would be open to relocating to Jersey.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience
- 45 hours over 5 days
- Mostly straight shifts, generally around 2pm to 9.30pm, although shifts do vary

- Double room for sole occupancy with private facilities, approximately £120 per week
- 3 meals per day provided for employees living in staff accommodation
