Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vaccinator to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Monitor patients post-vaccination for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate assistance if necessary
- Maintain a clean and organised vaccination area, adhering to infection control standards
- Educate patients about the benefits and potential side effects of vaccines
- Assist in managing patient flow to minimise wait times and optimise service delivery
- Follow all health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff
Skills
- Proven experience in patient care or healthcare settings is advantageous
- Knowledge of human anatomy relevant to vaccination procedures
- Competence in medication administration, including injections and related techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and inform patients effectively
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with protocols
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a caring approach
