We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel or hospitality management.
*Responsibilities*
- lead the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all areas
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Train and supervise housekeeping personnel
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or requests promptly

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational abilities

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
