We are excited to offer the opportunity for a F&B Bookings and Experience Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent and professional communication skills,with strong planning abilities and a proactive attitude. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic,fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the success of the F&B department.
As the first point of contact for many of our guests,you will be responsible for managing bookings and reservations,handling larger Food & Beverage enquiries and proactively contacting guests to ensure every experience is tailored and memorable. You will oversee deposits and reconciliations,maintain accurate booking records and work closely with the operational teams to maximise sales opportunities and deliver exceptional service. Alongside guest-facing responsibilities,you will support the wider Food & Beverage team with maintaining training documentation and ensuring food and beverage specifications are accurate and up to date,helping to drive consistency and excellence across our outlets. You may also be required to complete additional administrative duties to support the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Experience of using reservations platrforms OpenTable,Tagvenue,DesignMyNight and WeddingDates are desirable.

Key Responsibilities of a F&B Bookings and Experience Coordinator:

Ensure the smooth administration of the F&B department,handling bookings and managing reservations.

Maximise sales opportunities and contribute positively to the growth and success of the department.

Communicate efficiently with the Operations team,ensuring seamless coordination of logistics and services.

Nurture and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and agency clients to ensure exceptional experiences.

Collaborate closely with the F&B department to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and strategically.
