We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, developing people and driving operational excellence.
This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, transport planning and team leadership, You will be responsible for organising and supervising the daily operation while remaining actively involved in warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise and coordinate the PM shift to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Allocate workloads across the team to maximise productivity and achieve operational targets.
Lead by example by supporting picking, packing and replenishment activities during the first part of each shift.
Manage the dispatch operation, planning vehicle routes and coordinating deliveries with both our own fleet.
Motivate, coach and develop warehouse colleagues to maintain high standards of performance and teamwork.
Monitor productivity, accuracy and service levels, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure stock is handled safely and accurately, maintaining excellent inventory control.
Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (where authorised), ensuring all equipment is used safely and maintained correctly.
Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other operational systems to manage inventory, process orders and produce reports.
Promote a culture of health and safety by carrying out regular checks, enforcing company procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ensure all warehouse processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Good understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, dispatch and transport planning.
The ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Forklift experience or certification would be desirable.
A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on position that involves regular manual handling, lifting and periods of standing and walking throughout the working day.

Hours - Mon-Thurs, 1pm to 9:30pm, Friday 10am - 6:30pm
