Salary: £22,255 - £24,099 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week. Must be available to work from 8am-4pm Mon to Friday. 39 working weeks per year (term time plus one additional week outside of term for administrative tasks, emails, and occasional ad hoc duties including training)

We are seeking a dedicated compassionate School Office, Attendance & Safeguarding Administrator to join our team in this pivotal role.
This is a central and highly responsible role at the heart of school life, combining front office duties with key functions in attendance, safeguarding, medical coordination and family support.
As part of the safeguarding team, you will play a vital role in protecting and supporting our children, working closely with the Headteacher, safeguarding lead, staff, families and external agencies.
You will also act as Attendance support to the attendance lead (HT), helping to driving improvements in attendance supporting families with care, clarity and professionalism.
This role requires someone who is confident, organised, empathetic and able to manage sensitive situations with integrity. You will be part of a team that truly knows and supports its community through nurturing strong, trusting partnerships to support every child to thrive.

Desirable:
- Experience working in a school, safeguarding or social services role
- Knowledge of attendance procedures and pastoral support systems
- Ability to drive, to support home visits and external meeting
