What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Matchday Ticketing team as Ticket Sales Advisors.
As a key member of the front-line supporter services team, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting with ticket sales, memberships, hospitality bookings, and ticketing enquiries for Leeds United fixtures and events.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide professional and efficient support to supporters both in person and over the phone, ensuring all ticketing transactions and enquiries are handled accurately and positively.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell tickets for Leeds United fixtures, memberships, hospitality packages, and Club events.
Handle telephone bookings, counter sales, and ticketing enquiries.
Support supporters with ticket purchases and account queries.
Maintain accurate customer and ticketing database records.
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Handle after-sales support and resolve customer issues where appropriate.
Direct calls and enquiries to the relevant departments when required.
Complete general ticket office administration tasks.
Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
Support the wider Matchday Ticketing team during busy periods.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and Club policies when handling customer information.
Represent Leeds United professionally and positively at all times.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have:
Previous experience in a ticketing, sales, customer service, administration, retail, or call centre environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
A professional, positive, and customer-focused approach.
The ability to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
Experience handling customer enquiries in person, by telephone, or via email.
Experience processing sales transactions accurately.
Experience working within administrative or customer-facing roles.
Experience maintaining customer records or databases.
Experience providing high standards of customer service.
