Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods while ensuring accuracy through basic math skills for measurements and change.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with legal alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, glassware, and utensils as needed to keep the bar fully equipped for service.
- Collaborate with team members to create a vibrant atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a hospitality or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beverage presentation, and food safety standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests energetically and professionally.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple orders seamlessly.
- Solid understanding of basic math for accurate measurements, change handling, and inventory management.
