What we're looking for:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5+ desirable)
- Nursery Manager or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
- Passion for delivering exceptional childcare
