CLEARANCE TEAM LEADER
House and Garden Clearance (Self Employed/Drivers License Required)

£130 - £150 per day – 40 hours per week (over-time occasionally available)

We are looking for a Clearance Team Leader to join our team to support us with a wide range of house and garden clearances. The ideal candidate will have experience and an understanding of the requirements of day-to-day clearance work. We work on multiple house and garden clearance projects per week, all ranging in size.
The candidate must be self-employed.
You will be an integral part of the team that services clients including councils, large facilities companies, businesses and homes. You must be reliable, polite and have good time keeping.
Clean driving licence and ability to drive cage transit tipper required. CSCS card preferred.
We operate all over Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, you will regularly be travelling to different locations throughout the day. Salary will be based on experience and skills.
Salary: £130.00 - £150.00 per day
Schedule: 8 hour shifts
Standard Hours: 40hrs per week
Start Date: Immediate Start
