We are a privately owned, forward-thinking, independent family-run estate agency with a modern approach to selling property. Through our personalised service, professional expertise and passion for property, we have established ourselves as one of the area's leading estate agents.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Part-Time Property Viewer to support our Chorley (Market Street) branch.
About the Role
As a Property Viewer, you will be responsible for accompanying prospective buyers on property viewings, ensuring each property is presented to a high standard before appointments, promoting the property's key features and providing detailed feedback to our sales team to assist with follow-up discussions.
This is a customer-facing role, so confidence, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- Smart and professional in appearance.
- Confident communicating with a wide range of people.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills.
- Customer focused with a positive, proactive approach.
- Flexible and reliable.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence, their own vehicle and willing to use it for work purposes.
Previous estate agency experience is not essential, as full training will be provided. However, excellent customer service skills and local knowledge of the Chorley area would be advantageous.
We are primarily looking for someone who is available to work 1–2 days per week, with Saturday availability being essential, alongside occasional weekday availability (typically Thursday or Friday).
As this role is driven by market activity and the number of properties available to view, we are unable to guarantee a set number of hours each week. The hours offered will vary depending on demand.
During busier periods, there may be opportunities to work up to 4 days per week, including additional viewings and providing annual leave or sickness cover for our existing viewing team. There is no expectation for you to increase your hours, but we are looking for someone who can offer flexibility should additional work become available and suit their availability.
This role would suit someone looking for flexible, part-time work who enjoys meeting people and working in a varied, fast-paced environment.
If you would like to join our business at an exciting time, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your CV by Wednesday 12th August 2026. We reserve the right to close this vacancy early should a suitable candidate be appointed before the closing date.
