This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie to join a prestigious fresh food venue in the Kirkby Lonsdale area. This permanent role would suit a chef who enjoys working with quality ingredients, delivering consistent standards and being part of a professional kitchen that offers daytime hours and a strong work life balance.
The food offering is focused on fresh, well executed British dishes with international influences, served across regular daytime services with occasional events. This would be a great opportunity for a Senior Chef de Partie with hotel, multi outlet, events or quality fresh food experience who is confident taking ownership of a section and supporting a smooth kitchen operation.
This position does not include accommodation, so you must be able to reliably commute.

Senior Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
- Experience working as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a professional fresh food kitchen
- Background in hotels, multi outlet kitchens, events or quality food led venues would be beneficial
- Confident preparing fresh British dishes with international influences
- Able to take ownership of a section and maintain consistent standards
- Strong attention to detail across preparation, cooking, presentation and portion control
- Focused on high standards of hygiene, food safety and allergen awareness
- Calm, reliable and organised during busy daytime services
- Positive attitude with a professional and flexible approach
Senior Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook fresh, high quality dishes for regular daytime services
- Support a strong British food offering with international dishes incorporated
- Run and organise a designated kitchen section efficiently
- Assist with occasional events where required
- Maintain consistency, quality and presentation across every service
- Follow agreed menus, recipes and dietary requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene, allergen and safety regulations
- Work closely with the wider kitchen and venue team to ensure service runs smoothly
- Support stock rotation, preparation planning and basic kitchen administration when required
- Bring a reliable, professional and positive approach to every shift
