Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Borehole Driller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment to create boreholes for various construction and environmental projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work safely in challenging environments. The Borehole Driller will play a vital part in ensuring the successful completion of drilling operations while maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate and manage borehole drilling machinery efficiently and safely
- Prepare sites by setting up equipment, ensuring stability, and verifying site safety protocols
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor drilling parameters and adjust operations accordingly to meet project specifications
- Follow health and safety regulations strictly, including risk assessments and safety briefings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of drilling projects
- Maintain detailed records of drilling activities, including depth, equipment used, and encountered conditions
- Installation of water treatment, including filters and vessels
- Mangement and installation of pumping equipment
Experience
- Experience in borehole drilling or related construction activities
- Knowledge of mechanical systems relevant to drilling operations
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and adapt to changing site requirements

Full training will be provided.
Pay will be dependable on experience and knowledge.
