Go Off-Road is one of the UK’s leading off-road powersports retailers, specialising in electric dirt bikes, pit bikes, ATV's, parts, accessories and rider equipment. We are passionate about helping riders of all ages get the most from the sport.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our brand new store.
You don't have to be fully clued up on all of the products we sell, as training and copaching will be provided, we are looking for someone who is confident, willing to learn and who has previous retail experience.
The Role
As the face of Go Off-Road, you’ll be welcoming customers into the showroom, assisting with enquiries, processing sales and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers in the showroom
- Providing product advice and answering customer questions
- Processing sales through our till and EPOS systems
- Maintaining showroom displays and merchandising
- Assisting with stock replenishment and organisation
- Supporting customers with accessories, parts and rider equipment purchases
- Helping keep the showroom clean, tidy and presentable
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Confident using computers and till systems
- Ability to learn about our products and services
- Positive attitude and willingness to help customers
- Retail or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Interest in motorcycles, off-road riding or powersports is a bonus

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
