We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Full-Time Team Member to join the NoFilter Coffee House & Bistro family. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
As a key member of our team, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for every customer while supporting the day-to-day running of the coffee house.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a warm and friendly approach.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, drinks, and food.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation throughout the café.
- Restock supplies and assist with stock management.
- Follow food hygiene, health & safety, and company procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Support opening and closing duties as required.
What We're Looking For

- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
